WHEW!, which stands for Women Helping Empower Women, is a not-for-profit organization founded by Dr. Georgette Zinaty and supported by a diverse team representing a wide range of backgrounds, sectors, ethnicities, all in senior leadership roles. Research has shown successful women take more risks, have confidence, focus on key areas of business, all while surrounding themselves with good advisors, mentors, sponsors, champions and partners. These are the capacity areas that WHEW! aims to focus on and develop in women.

Upcoming Events
I am delighted to announce two exciting opportunities we have developed through some key partnerships.
First is the Empowering Women in Business Conference that is taking place March 7 and 8. There are some excellent sessions and speakers, with exceptional networking opportunities. I am thrilled that WHEW! is an Ally Sponsor of this conference.

I am also thrilled to be one of the Keynote Speakers at this event along with Manjit Minhas, one of our Canadian Dragons, as well as many other inspiring speakers. I strongly encourage all to attend. I am certain you will find some excellent resources and make some great connections.
The second opportunity I wish to share with you is our collaboration with the NEXT TEN as we host a day of wellness and growth on March 22 at Office 146. This event, entitled Women on Fire: Burning Through the Boundaries, is in celebration of International Women's Day and is designed for women who are ready to set the world on fire and burn through any boundaries in their way.
